Processing Time
All press-on nail sets are handmade with care. Processing time may vary depending on the item, order volume, and design details.
Ready-to-ship sets may ship sooner, while custom orders or detailed handmade designs may require additional processing time.
Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
Custom Orders
Custom press-on nail sets may take longer to complete depending on the design, sizing, hand-painted details, 3D elements, gems, chrome, or specialty work requested.
Production begins after payment is completed and all required sizing/design details have been provided.
Delays in customer responses may delay the order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Karelliam Nails may offer free shipping promotions. Current promotion:

Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Karelliam Nails is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
Shipping Delays
Karelliam Nails is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs, or other events outside of our control.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Karelliam Nails is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is marked delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office, neighbors, household members, or building office first.
You may need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Clear photos of the packaging
We will review the issue and determine whether a replacement, repair, store credit, or refund may be appropriate.
Digital Products
Digital products do not require shipping. Files are delivered electronically through the platform where they were purchased.
Digital downloads are final sale and cannot be physically shipped.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available depending on the sales platform and customer location.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, duties, or additional charges required by their country.
