Custom Orders

All custom press-on nail sets are final sale and non-refundable.

Because these sets are made specifically to your sizing and design preferences, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Returns (Non-Custom Items Only)

We accept returns on eligible, non-custom items under the following conditions:

Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

Nail packaging must remain sealed and unopened

There must be no signs of wear, glue, or damage

If these conditions are not met, the return will be rejected and no refund will be issued.
